To all 4D Staff & Clients,

I am very pleased to announce the appointment of new Directors & Shareholders in the 4D Steel Detailing Group of companies.

Ian Ramsay & Jacqui Hannington have been appointed as Directors of the 4D Group.  The Board of Directors is now made up of Gill Cox (Board Chairman / Director), Paul Symes (Group Chairman / Director), Ian Ramsay (Director / CEO / COO) & Jacqui Hannington (Director / CFO).  In addition Shane Dougherty (CTO), Luke Thomson (Branch Manager Christchurch, NZ) & Kenny Rowell (Branch Manager Manila, PH) will participate in Board meetings as members of the Executive Management Team.

A 40% shareholding in the 4D Group has been acquired by Ian Ramsay (20%), Jacqui Hannington (5%), Shane Dougherty (5%), Luke Thomson (5%) & Kenny Rowell (5%).  The balance of shares remain with Paul Symes.
